Our Shipping Promise: From Our Nursery to Your Garden
We ship globally (excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia) to connect home gardeners worldwide with our unique collection. Every order is handled with the urgency and attention it deserves.
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days. We carefully select, pack, and prepare your plants for their journey.
- Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery:
- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. Delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment. Flat rate: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to customs, weather, or carrier delays. You will receive a tracking notification once your order is on its way.

Our Returns & Exchanges Commitment: Healthy Plants, Happy Gardeners
We guarantee that all our plants—from Cherry Rootstock to Blueberry bushes—will arrive in healthy, dormant condition, ready for their new home. Due to the living, perishable nature of our products, our policy is designed to be fair to both you and the plants.
⚠️ Important: Final Sale Items
Because they are living organisms, the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive dead or severely damaged:
- All Bare Root plants: Bare Root Strawberry Plants, Bare Root fruit trees.
- All live plants listed in our catalog: Apples, Apricots, Aronia, Asian Pears, Asian Plums, Berries, Black Currants, Blackberries, Blueberries, Cherries, China Blue Vine, Cider Apple Trees, Cider Pears, Combination Fruit Trees, Combo Apple, Combo Cherry, Combo Pear, and all other trees, berries, and vines.
Our guarantee covers plant health upon arrival, not subsequent growth issues due to local soil, climate, or care. Please inspect all plants immediately upon delivery.
What Can Be Returned or Exchanged?
- Non-plant merchandise (tools, books, accessories) in original, unused condition.
- Live plants only if they arrive dead or severely damaged.
- Incorrect items shipped due to our error.
All return/exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.
Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Contact Us Within 15 Days

Step 2: Provide Details & Photos (For Plant Issues)
For plant concerns, attach clear photographs showing the condition. This helps us assess and determine the best solution—replacement, store credit, or refund.
Step 3: Authorization & Instructions
Once approved, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address. Do not ship items back without an RMA.
Step 4: Ship the Item (If Applicable)
For eligible non-plant returns, pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA inside, and ship to the provided address. Return shipping for non-defective items is the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Timeline & Method
- Refunds to Original Payment Method: Processed within 5-7 business days of approval. Funds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your card or PayPal account.
- Store Credit: Issued immediately via email as a gift card code for future purchases of Apple Rootstock, Berries, Cider Pears, or any other plants.
- Replacements: Shipped as soon as possible, subject to stock. We will notify you of the schedule.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. For variety exchanges (e.g., swapping a Combo Cherry for a different type), contact us. If the new item is of higher value, the difference will be charged; if lower, we will issue store credit for the difference.
